Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Brocolli florets baked in cheesy rice dish. Topped with cheddar bread crumble. 


Will be cooked & chilled prior to pickup to preserve freshness.

To reheat: Vent aluminum lid creating a tee-pee over casserolle, leaving 2 sides still attached.  Bake @ 350 for approx 20 minutes.  Remove lid and brown until desired.  Internal temp should reach165 degrees prior to serving.


Serves Approx 15 - 18


Oven times may vary.  Dish has been cooked throughly and is ready to eat once heated through.

Leftover ideas: 

- Tenderize raw chicken breast and pat dry.   Heat oil in skillet, season chicken on both sides.  Sear chicken in skillet on high to get golden color and lock in moisture.   Top with brocolli & cheese, finish in oven until juices run clear in chicken.
