Green Bean Casserolle made with fresh mushrooms, mushroom gravy, 4 pepper spice, and topped with crunchy fried onions.
Serves Approx 18 - 20
Will be cooked & chilled prior to pickup to preserve freshness.
To reheat: Vent aluminum lid creating a tee-pee over casserolle, leaving 2 sides still attached. Bake @ 350 for approx 20 Min. Stir checking for elevated internal temp of approx 100 - 110. Remove lid, add fried onions that come on side, brown the top to desired degree. Internal temp should reach165 degrees prior to serving.
Oven times may vary. Dish has been cooked throughly and is ready to eat once heated through. Fried onions will burn before center is heated through. Ensure tempature is close to serving prior to adding onion topping.

- Turn a traditonal casserolle into a fun appetizer using refridgerated biscuit dough.
*Cut biscuits in half if needed to fit muffin cup
*Roll out to flatten slightly
*press biscut dough into a oiled muffin tin
*scoop in casserolle filling
*bake until bisucit is golden on edges
*in the last 5 minute of baking sprinkle on fried onions.
