It's no doubt that Pink Flamingo has amazing chefs. Inspired by the Memphis Flyer's burger week, our chefs decided to whip up their own recipes to give y'all something to try during your next grill session or family get together.
Chef Morgan
Chef Morgan has been with us for 3 years and runs the day to day operations of the kitchen including, food production & prep. He's been a great addition to the team and we're lucky to have him!
Morgan created this recipe to jazz up a pork burger and combine creamy, salty, sweet, all with a touch of tartness.
Using Boursin's cheese, caramelized onions and topping it with a blackberry mustard sauce on a toasted pretzel bun, this burger will hit all of your flavor palates in the best way possible!

Chef Matt is a Pink Flamingo OG. He has such a great personality and is always willing to help out when needed. Matt developed this recipe with simplicity in mind. A burger that's simple to make but tastes so darn good!
Stacked with fresh grilled pineapples, crispy bacon, provolone, and topped with zesty remoulade sauce on a toasted brioche bun, every ingredient fits so well together and doesn't outshine one another!
Chef Jason
Jason is a great addition to our team, he comes from a background of high end restaurants and has a fantastic pallet for building depth of flavor. The vegetarian lifestyle has become more poplar in today's society and Jason leads the team in this department, he being vegetarian himself.
Jason paid special attention to the black bean patty with this recipe. It has a southwestern flavor profile, zesty with a hint of spicy from fresh jalapeños. No sauce needed! The black bean patty is rich, moist and smooth in texture but if you want a little something extra, spread a smoky chipotle mayo on the bun to kick up the spicy and up that level of smokiness to the overall flavor.
